Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide supported employment, respite, and community living support for an individual in the Denver area. You will play a crucial role in meeting the person’s needs and ensuring a safe, supportive environment in both home and community settings.

Responsibilities include one-on-one support, daily living assistance, safety oversight, and maintaining a positive atmosphere while following agency policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
