Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver for the REM Community Services program in Milwaukee. You will work Tue-Fri, 2p-10p, with on-call weekend rotation, earning $15/hour.

This role focuses on helping individuals with developmental disabilities live well and participate in community activities. You’ll provide personal care support, build meaningful relationships, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure participants’ needs and goals are met.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
