Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Direct Support Professional to join a mission-driven team in Lincoln, NE. This full-time role pays $19.65 per hour with daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 5 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate caregiving approach.

• Support Independence: Help individuals reach personal goals involving budgeting, nutrition, and community activities.
• Build Relationships: Mentor, advocate, and friend to those you serve.
