Job summary

Sevita in Indiana is seeking compassionate direct support professionals to assist people with developmental needs, helping them with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities.

You will build real, trusting relationships with the individuals you serve, and take initiative to help them be part of the community while pursuing goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. This role offers stability and growth opportunities within Sevita.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
