Responsibilities

• Helping clients with daily living activities as needed.
• Encouraging clients to build and maintain relationships.
• Supporting clients in employment and volunteer opportunities.
• Promoting a safe and positive environment for clients.
• Facilitating clients' involvement in recreational and social activities.
• Providing transportation to community events, appointments, and activities.
• Documenting clients' progress and reporting any concerns to the appropriate parties.
• Collaborating with clients' families, caregivers, and other support professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
