Merakey in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team on the 2nd shift. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour and paid training. No prior experience required, as we provide PAID training and comprehensive benefits.

You will support individuals in daily living activities, hygiene, and social skills, helping them reach their goals in a compassionate, encouraging environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• No experience required – we provide PAID training.
• Experience in a home health aide setting or school setting with IDD is preferred.

Schedule: 2nd Shift
Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm
Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Earn up to $18/hr with the selection of our Enhanced Pay Wage option

Position Details : Our ideal Direct Support Professional candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their consumer’s lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals . Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals . By following the Individual Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills . Enhancing independence by assisting with daily hygiene and personal care. Foster a true sense of pride in your individual, by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.

No experience required - we provide PAID training.

Earn up to 18.75 with the selection of Enhanced Pay.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma/G.E.D. is preferred.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
