Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Provide patient, respectful care and help with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors and the care team to support participants' independence.
