Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community Networking (CNET) support for a client in Kings Mountain, NC (ZIP 28086). You will help facilitate meaningful community connections, promote independence, and assist our client in engaging in local activities and events every Sunday. Schedule & Hours: Part-Time.

Location: Kings Mountain, NC. Sundays: 4 Hours (Flexible daytime scheduling).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving or community support experience (Preferred).
• Valid North Carolina driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (Required).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with participating in community activities, social events, and recreational outings.
• Foster community integration, skill development, and personal growth.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific goals, hobbies, and preferences.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members regarding client engagement.
