Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adult participants in our newly remodeled day program. Enjoy a predictable daytime schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and a welcoming team environment.

You'll provide compassionate supervision, assist with personal care, lead engaging activities, help with meals, and support participants to stay active, independent, and connected.

Qualifications

• Caring, dependable, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or related field is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet state employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support and supervision for adult participants during the day.
• Assist with personal care needs as needed.
• Encourage independence while ensuring participant safety and well-being.
• Lead and participate in fun activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, outings, celebrations, and group events.
• Help create a warm, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere where participants can socialize and enjoy their day.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping related to the program.
• Observe participants and communicate any changes to the manager.
• Work as part of a caring team dedicated to exceptional service.
