Job summary

Clarvida is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care in residential programs in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. The DSP will empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and thrive within their communities.

This part-time position emphasizes reliability, empathy, and a heart for service, with responsibilities including daily care, health monitoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and supervision in a residential setting
• Support individuals in achieving independence with daily tasks and routines
• Encourage participation in social and community activities
• Monitor health, safety, and well‑being of individuals
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and agency policies
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and report concerns to the Program Specialist

• THIRD SHIFT ONLY** TYPICALLY HOURS 10 PM TO 9 AM

About The Role
