Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services seeks compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities both at home and in the community.

This contract role covers two separate cases with varying hours and locations, offering a structured schedule and paid hourly rate. Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

• Work with the individual at the Dream Center.

Job Types - Contract Role

This role includes two separate cases.
Monday - 1st Member: 6 hours (Flexible) - 1 day a week - Lives in Huntersville, NC 36 mins away from Day Program. Second member lives 5-10 mins from the Day program
Second Member: 4pm-6pm (CLS)
Tuesday - 4pm-5pm (CLS)
Wednesday - 4pm-6pm (CLS)
Thursday - 4pm-6pm (CLS)
Friday - 4pm-6pm (CLS)
Pay: $20.00 an hour
