Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable with strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or in related fields preferred.
• Must be able to provide physical assistance up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Nebraska driver's license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a related field preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable with strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules, individual needs and situations.
• Comfortable providing physical assistance, including wheelchair transfers and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and learn electronic recordkeeping systems.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Pay & Schedule

$16.00 per hour Full-time: 40 hours per week Monday Friday, typically 8: 00 AM 4: 00 PM Occasional earlier mornings, later afternoons, evenings or weekends may be required for transportation, special events, training or program needs.
