Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services in Hackettstown, NJ is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. The role runs Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm and offers on-demand pay.

You will assist with personal hygiene, help participants pursue goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and build meaningful relationships. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required to join a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and multi-task in a dynamic setting.
• Valid driver's license with 1 year of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.

Pay Rate: $19.71/hr

Location: Hackettstown, NJ

Day Program - Monday to Friday 8a-4p
