Sevita is seeking a caregiver in California to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living tasks, health and wellness, and help participants grow more independent within their homes and community.

The role emphasizes building real relationships, taking initiative, and contributing to participants' personal goals, with a full benefits package and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants achieve personal goals in budgeting, exercise and nutrition.

Pay Rate: $18.47 Per Hour
