Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy in Virginia offers ABA therapy for children with autism, supporting families and building skills in a warm, collaborative clinic.

We provide paid training to all new therapists, competitive hourly pay ($20–$25), comprehensive benefits, PTO, a 401(k) with match, and opportunities to grow under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Eagerness to be part of an energetic, caring team of professionals.
• A high school diploma (bachelor’s degree in any field preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy services and support.
• Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans, teaching social, communication and life skills.
