Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy in North Carolina is seeking enthusiastic individuals to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, delivering high-quality ABA therapy under supervision. You will play a critical role in building essential social, communication and life skills while supporting families.

We offer paid training to become an RBT, a supportive team, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation is hourly, with frequent reviews and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Paid training available to become an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician).
• Passion for working with children with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy services and support.
• Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans, teaching social, communication and life skills.

Pay: $20 - $25 an hour. Pay based on experience applying ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
