Job summary

KMA Health Services Inc is seeking a caring individual to assist with activities of daily living, monitor safety, and transport clients to activities. Responsibilities also include assisting with hygiene and basic nursing tasks, with behavior management training provided.

The role requires submission of daily progress notes and maintaining a safe environment for both the client and staff. Background checks may be required and CPR/First Aid is expected.

Job description

This case has the following hours:

Monday - Friday 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Saturday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Sunday 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

This position requires the ability to assist individuals with teaching skills and offering aid to accomplish their personally set goals for independent living. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living,
• Monitoring for safety,
• Transporting to activities,
• Assisting with basic hygiene,
• Behavior management (training is provided),
• Submit daily progress notes, and
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for the individual and the employee.
• Perform simple nursing care, first-aid, behavior management, personal and hygiene

Requirements:
