Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, physical, and required training
• Dependable with strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to assist with lifting, bending, and providing physical support as needed
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others succeed

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene and daily living activities
• Support meal preparation and healthy lifestyle choices
• Help individuals participate in community activities and recreation
• Teach and encourage independence through skill-building opportunities
• Assist with medication administration and health-related supports
• Complete required documentation and progress notes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Build positive relationships while supporting individual goals and choices

Education

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll provide support, encouragement, and assistance to individuals in a residential setting by:

• Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
• Supporting meal preparation and healthy lifestyle choices
• Helping individuals participate in community activities and recreation
• Teaching and encouraging independence through skill-building opportunities

Available Positions

Full-Time

Day Shift

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Night Shift

• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Part-Time

Every Other Weekend

• Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Earn $22.00/hour while providing essential weekend coverage.

What We're Looking For
