Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Columbia, TN is urgently hiring Direct Support Professionals to help seniors and people with disabilities in their homes. This entry-level position offers flexible hours and a predictable pay structure while letting you learn quality home care and make a real difference.

• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the member and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Support routine house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
• Transport member to appointments, daily errands, and other locations as necessary.
• Assist member with the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring).
• Observe and report any changes in member's condition.

DSP Responsibilities:
