Lifesteps, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with disabilities in a residential home setting in Butler, PA. No experience required; paid training provided. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with daytime and evening options to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include daily living support, meal prep, personal care, transportation to appointments, and community activities, all while ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with activities of daily living (ADLs) and home care.
• Provide personal care assistance such as grooming or bathing.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Assist with meal preparation and light house cleaning.
• Transport to doctor appointments and community outings.

Direct Support Professionals(Caregivers) assist special needs individuals with their activities of daily living and home care. The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.

Dutiescan include:

• Cooking and serving meals
• Cleaning the house
• Shopping for groceries and supplies
• Personal care assistance like grooming or bathing
• Medication administration
• Community Outings and fun activities

Lifesteps offers steady, full-time hours! Available Shifts are: Daytime 7 am to 3 pm and Evenings 3 pm to 11 pm

Part-time hours are also available with flexible scheduling to fit your needs. Great for additional income or a second job.

No experience necessary! Paid training provided!
