Job summary

Sevita's D&S Community Services division is seeking a caregiver at Blue Bonnett - Bellville, TX. Join a mission-driven team and support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities, personal care, and community participation.

You'll work Sundays 9a-11p and Mondays/Tuesdays 2p-11p, must have a valid driver's license with 1 year driving history. Compensation is $9 per hour with full benefits for full-time staff, including paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with participants, families, and team members.
• Willingness to work nontraditional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participation in community activities and goals like budgeting and nutrition.
• Develop meaningful relationships and maintain participant dignity and independence.
• Document care and communicate changes to supervisors and team.

Rate of Pay: $9/Hr.
