Sevita, through Mentor Community Services, seeks a Direct Support Professional in Missouri for a full-time onsite position. Earn $18.65/hr with on-demand pay and a mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals live well.

You will support daily living activities, build trusted relationships, and empower participants to reach personal goals, within a supportive environment that values initiative and compassion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to caregiving.
