Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NCI/CPI Training.
• CPR/FA certification.
• TB screening.
• Active driver’s license.
• IDD experience is a plus.

• Technological proficiency for documentation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meals, and household tasks.
• May transport clients to and from community activities.
• Support individuals in achieving developmental goals and independence.
• Encourage community participation and accompany individuals on outings and social activities.
• Document observations and progress on goals and ensure client safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal prep, and household chores
• May transport clients to and from community activities
• Support individual in achieving their developmental goals and fostering independence
• Encourage community participation and accompany individuals on outings and social activities
• Responsible for documenting observations and progress on specific goals and ensuring a safe environment for client
