Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to join our team. You will provide hands-on care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in home and community settings, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, helping clients participate in community events, coordinating with families and supervisors, and maintaining open communication about care needs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred).
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Work Schedule
