Easterseals PORT Health is recruiting Direct Service Providers for a part‑time role in North Carolina. You will support children and adults with IDD in a fun, safe, and inclusive setting, helping with daily activities, personal care, and recreation.

We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required; EHR experience is a plus. This position offers meaningful, hands‑on work within a supportive IDEAL culture and community outreach.

• Ensure member health, safety, and well‑being at all times
• Help with lifting, transfers, and mobility as needed
• Assist with medication administration and documentation
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports
• Work as part of a supportive, mission‑driven team

Work Schedule: Part-time schedule

• Monday/Thursday: 8:00am – 1:30pm
• Tuesday/Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

Your Role in Our Mission
