Bancroft in Mt Laurel, NJ is hiring Direct Support Professionals for full-time, in-person work. You’ll empower children to develop daily living skills, support independence, and engage families and guardians in planning and activities.

The role requires 18+, high school diploma or GED, teamwork and willingness to learn, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree and experience with developmental disabilities.

• Ability to work well in teams and be willing to learn new skills.
• Must have weekend availability.

• Preferred: experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
