Home of Hope is seeking caring, dependable people to support adults with disabilities in living more independent and meaningful lives. No experience is necessary, and paid training is provided.

Starting at $11.00+ per hour based on experience, with full-time, part-time, and floater opportunities in Jay, OK. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, transportation to appointments, supporting meals and routines, and fostering independence and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency; minimum age 18.
• No experience required.
• Background checks OSBI; felony conviction may disqualify.
• Valid OK driver's license; dependable transportation.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• Commitment to training.
• Pre-employment, random, post-accident and reasonable cause drug screens.
• Flexible day-to-day schedule.
• Learn and follow Individual Plan (IP).
• First Aid/CPR Training is required.
