Adelante Development Center, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with disabilities in daily activities, personal care, and community outings. You’ll join a supportive team and receive paid training to build caregiving certifications.

Starting pay is $16.00/hour with additional shift differentials for Weekday Night and Weekend Day, plus Weekend Night, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. A rewarding role with growth and purpose awaits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and NM driver's license.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Basic reading, writing and English communication.
• Willingness to complete paid training and certifications.

Aufgaben

• Assist with personal care routines, meals, hygiene and mobility.
• Support daily living activities and household tasks.
• Accompany individuals on outings and community activities.
• Keep documentation organized and accurate.
• Support healthcare plans and medications after training.
