Qualifications

• Ability to drive is required to transport individuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
• Transport individuals to and from residences, day programs, and appointments.
• Administer medications and treatments per doctor's orders.
• Document progress notes, incident reports, and medication administration in required systems.
• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Follow agency policies and report changes to supervisor.
