Qualifications

• Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver assists individuals with disabilities.
• Must meet program requirements and be able to document care plans.
• Applicant must be 18 years or older and pass background checks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and transport clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
