Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Connecticut. You will support adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism by creating a safe, engaging home setting and teaching daily living skills.

You will assist with personal care, advocate for health and wellness, and help participants participate fully in their communities. We offer a competitive benefits package and flexible hours including full-time, part-time, and casual roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Support adults by creating a healthy, engaging home setting.
• Teach and assist with daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care and wellness advocacy.
