Keystone Human Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Southington, Connecticut. We provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism, focused on inclusion and community participation.

As a Direct Support Professional you will help create a healthy home setting, teach daily living skills, assist with personal care, and advocate for residents' health and wellness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support in areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health and autism.
• Create a healthy, engaging home setting and teach daily living skills.
