Qualifications

• Must be COVID vaccinated.
• Valid New York State Driver’s License required, willing to drive.
• 1+ year working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with independent living activities and personal care.
• Support individuals in community activities and outings.
• Implement individualized service and behavioral support plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
