Job summary
Center for Disability Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional II for Residential Services in the Capital Region of New York. The role supports individuals with disabilities through planning, care delivery, and daily living activities, in a 24/7 residential setting.

Qualifications
- NYS Driver's License is required.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- One year of related experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 50 pounds to apply.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the person’s planning, implementation, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist, promote and provide independence in daily treatment, care and services; respect choices, lifestyle and dignity to take informed risks.
- Help implement personalized habilitation services as outlined in the care plan.
- Assist in acquisition of skills including basic activities of daily living, self-care and household management.
