Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour, with duties including bathing, toileting, meal assistance, mobility support, and adherence to care plans.

This full-time role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience preferred.
• Experience with behavioral needs is a plus.
• Comfort with hands-on personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming).
• Willing to work weekends and follow written care plans and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, changing briefs, grooming, dressing, and other personal-care needs.
• Provide total-care assistance to residents who cannot independently complete activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility and provide support to both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents.
• Prepare meals and assist residents with eating as needed.
• Follow each resident's care plan and health and safety instructions.
• Assist with medications as authorized and trained and follow all medication procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete required shift documentation.
