Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is hiring a part-time CNA to support residents in our neurological rehabilitation program in O'Hara Township. You will help with personal care, daily living activities, and accompany clients to appointments and activities.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, is 18+ only, and involves lifting up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Diplomas from non‑U.S. educational institutions must include evaluation for equivalence.
• Comfort working with medically complex and behaviorally challenged clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Assist with therapies
• Assist with driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings
• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' daily living tasks
