Responsibilities include assisting with personal care and health management, implementing support plans, and fostering a safe environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and preferably one year of experience in related settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in rehabilitation, educational, or residential settings preferred.
• Current CPR and medication certifications required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized program goals and support plans.
• Monitor residents’ health and coordinate medical appointments.
• Ensure medication administration and adherence to treatment plans.
