Delta-T Group, Inc. in Allentown, PA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with personal care, hygiene, activity participation, meal prep, and light housekeeping in community and home settings.

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with competitive weekly pay up to $17/hour, premium holiday rates, and ongoing contracts—2nd shift and some weekends. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• No formal education required
• Experience in caregiving or direct care settings preferred
• Ability to interact respectfully with adults with IDD

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) with personal care/hygiene, activity participation, meal preparation, light housekeeping and community involvement.
• Provide support in daily living tasks and monitor safety while promoting independence.
• Follow care plans and communicate with clients and coordinators.
