Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Arvada, CO is seeking an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required). You will support children with autism by following treatment plans, collecting data, and engaging in play- and activity-based learning during daytime hours.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am–5pm, with potential Saturday shifts based on patient needs. Paid training and RBT certification are fully provided. Immediate start with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
  • Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
  • Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
