Verland in Aliquippa, PA is hiring a Direct Support Professional (FT/2nd shift) to provide exceptional care for residents in our Residential Services program. The role offers $20.00/hr with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and includes full-time, 40-hour weeks, with a 3pm–11pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Must meet health, physical and background screening requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents with complex needs.
• Assist with meals, daily living, and personal hygiene.
• Transport clients to appointments in Verland vehicles.
• Record observations and progress notes.
• Plan social and recreational activities in-house.
• Housekeeping duties as needed.
