Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Part-Time

Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Part-Time Caregivers / DSPs at our group home in Arcola, IL.

Pay

• Starting at $17.75/hour

• DSP training is provided and paid. Once trained, you will become a certified DD Aide and will be added to the Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR)

Qualifications

• DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
• Entry level position. DSP training is provided and paid!
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma/signed high school transcript including graduation date/G.E.D. - high school completion or equivalency is required
• Successfully complete and pass background check
• Weekend availability is required
