Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Mentor to support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs in a group home setting. The role involves assisting the Group Home Supervisor with daily tasks, safety drills, and activity planning, while participating in staff training and process implementation.

The position requires completing background checks, attestations, and credentialing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Group Home Supervisor with fire drills, meal time assessments and other various forms.
• Trains new staff on processes throughout the home.
• Completes a grocery list for the Group Home Manager as directed.
• Pre-employment screening: complete criminal background, name checked in OIG, Child Abuse Registry, and other registries; education verification and other credentialing as required.
