Job summary

Sevita’s NeuroRestorative in Massachusetts is seeking a Team Lead to supervise staff in residence and community settings while delivering direct services to individuals we serve.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of direct service experience, plus a valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification. A collaborative team environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ direct service experience in human services.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Compassionate, reliable, and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in residence and community while delivering direct services.
• Attend trainings to ensure IP objectives and company goals are met.
• Coordinate staffing needs and participate in staff recruitment and onboarding.
• Review progress and coordinate shift objectives; ensure timely documentation.
• Deliver skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per IP and treatment plans.
