Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor to guide ISP implementation and supervise a team of Caregivers providing daily living support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with scheduling, training, and overseeing staff to ensure quality service.

The role involves direct support, program activities, and transportation or outing facilitation to promote community involvement, with a focus on person-centered planning and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate ISP implementation and assist with staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Support individuals with daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional/program activities and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by outings or transportation to work or activities.
