RHA Health Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional in High Point, NC. The DSP provides personalized support to individuals with disabilities and mental health or substance use challenges, helping them engage in their communities and achieve personal goals.

Responsibilities include advocating for rights, promoting safety, empowering self-advocacy, and aiding daily living. Pre-employment screenings apply; benefits and CPR training are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• > High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• > Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to person-centered support.
• > Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• > Ability to foster independence while providing necessary support.
