TCH The Centers for Habilitation in Arizona seeks Direct Support Providers to support individuals with disabilities in Day Programs and Group Homes. You must be at least 18 years old (21 for driving positions), pass background checks and a pre-employment drug screen, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Drivers are preferred with an AZ license and clean driving record. No experience is necessary, and paid training is offered to help you start a meaningful career in a supportive

Drivers are preferred and a valid AZ driver’s license and motor vehicle check required.

Responsibilities

Care for individuals in our Day Program and in residential Group Homes.
Provide nurturing, compassionate, responsible caregiving to supported individuals.
Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
Drivers may be required to drive as part of the role.
