Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Direct Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing for critical production components and optimize supplier networks. This role partners with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders to identify opportunities and strengthen supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience within manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key manufacturing components and assemblies.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements to improve overall value.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to support purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support production schedules and business goals.

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
• Location: Alachua, FL (Surrounding Gainesville, FL area)
• Schedule: Hybrid (Three days onsite, Two days remote)
