Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Team Lead to supervise staff in residential and community settings while delivering direct services to individuals we serve. You will attend trainings to meet objectives and participate in community activities, acting as a role model for high-quality documentation and staff performance.

You will guide staffing, coordinate progress reviews, and ensure service delivery aligns with Individual Plans and treatment teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in direct services in human services.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, problem-solver, reliable and compassionate.
• Commitment to quality in everything you do.
• Contribute to quality of life-enhancing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community.
• Deliver direct services to individuals served.
• Attend training to assure objectives and company goals are achieved.
• Participate in community outings, house orientation to new employees, and recruit staff as needed.
• Review individuals served progress, coordinate, and implement shift objectives.
• Deliver services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management according to the IP and/or treatment team.
