Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Caregiver for the Adult Day Program in the Mesa/Phoenix area. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $16.75 and shifts 8am–4pm, Monday through Friday, with driving required to transport clients between locations.

We provide comprehensive benefits and training; prior experience is not required, as on-site training is provided. Must pass background checks and obtain a driver clearance card as noted in requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance Card; we will assist with obtaining it.
• Valid AZ driver\'s license (driving will be required).
• Clean 39-month motor vehicle record (driving will be required).
• Reliable transportation is vital.

Responsibilities

• Care and supervision of adults with developmental disabilities, including behavior management, habilitation goals, and daily living skills.
• Work in a team environment with morning and day shifts available.

Job description

We are looking for Day Program Staff to work with adults with developmental disabilities. In this program you will be responsible for care and supervision including behavior management, habilitation goals, and daily living skills. As a staff you will enjoy the benefits of multiple indoor activities, working in a team environment, great atmosphere, morning and day shifts available. This is a great entry level position for anyone getting into the care giving field. We offer all training required by DDD free of charge.
