Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Direct Service Professional for a group home in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves hands-on care, supervision, and supporting daily living activities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Hourly rate is $16.75 with full-time hours and a driving requirement. Benefits include extensive medical/dental/vision coverage and paid time off; background checks are required after a conditional offer.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance Card; we will assist with obtaining the card.
• Valid AZ driver's license; driving will be required.
• Must have a clean 39-month motor vehicle record.
• 1+ years experience dealing with behaviors such as physical and verbal aggression.

Responsibilities

• Group home staff will be responsible for the care and supervision of the members.
• Assisting in daily living skills
• Behavior management
• Medication administration
• Transportation of members with the use of a company van
